2. Seriously, what's with all the Latin? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Are we forgetting Akhenaten? Ancient Egypt had it's own monotheism kick, complete with a God-Emperor (Pharoah Akhenaten). I see parts of every monotheistic faith present in the Amarr, and my personal theory is that they decided, sometime way, way...

3. Hulkageddon and the Noctis? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
That, and I highly suspect that a Noctis will be listed as a valid target, being an ORE manufactured industrial ship that never blows up under normal circumstances.

Originally by: Graelyn Originally by: Shtirlec Troika used to have the license for Vampire The Masquerade, when they made VTM: Bloodlines they went bankrupt and closed down, the license was bought by CCP I presume. No, CCP bou...

6. CCP's new MMO - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Emywn Vanya Personally I can't wait for WOD. If it follows the rules and the setting it will be one of the most awesome games ever. Intrigue, backstabbing, politics, death, and all in a setting that if some jackass runs arou...

7. CCP's new MMO - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
For those who don't know, a brief summary of the Vampire: The Masquerade default social environment (before speshul snowflakes and twilight kiddies twist it into crap in their personal games). Okay, so you're a bloodsucking ambulatory corpse from...

Edited by: Botrias Pirabus on 13/11/2010 09:08:54 Originally by: Hound Halfhand I see this in almost every MMO I play. Why do so many people start their own corps/guilds when they can just join an established on that does what they wan...

14. Omen fitting for L2s? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I tried an Omen early on for l2 missions. I read the fluff about them, and thought 'this is what I should use!' I regretted that action, got back in my Coercer, and saved up for a Maller. I advise the same course of action.

15. Strong Passive Tanking Ammar ship (mainly PvE)? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Brea Res Ahh ok that does make sence. Is there any way though to do tanking by using passive modules rather than active ones like armor hardeners? Once you get the skills for them up, Membranes will do the job. Energize...

16. Harbringer Vs Prophecy - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Hellrour, you forgot one thing. The Harbi is also easier to fit than the Proph, and can mount more guns. It is superior in every way that I've been able to find. This from someone who picks ships based upon armor tanking capability, not DPS. I wa...

17. Short invulnerablitity module - in Assembly Hall [original thread]
I'll support if it's a module that can only be fitted to an industrial (using their bloated CPU), and requires the same fuel as a PoS does for it's invulnerability time. Not that a couple seconds will mean that much when you're looking at a ship ...

18. Industrials and excess CPU. Why? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Hrm. I think that we need a new module, then. Mass-processing mainframe. Allows you to run automated gambling programs in space, weighted in the house's favor. More seriously, I do think that some use for it should be found. Even if it's just wed...

I'm just waiting for after launch of Incarna. I'm expecting guns, and the shrieks that will fill the forums when someone shoots them outside the pod, opens their skull, and loots those bloody expensive implants is gonna be hilarious.

20. Prophecy changes - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The way I've always seen certain Amarr ships, based upon bits of fluff, is certainly not quite reflected in the ships themselves due to that tiering system. Executioner - baby wanna-be interceptor. Lightly armed, fast and nimble. Meant to catch a...
